I majored in English. I spent four years pursuing technical writing, and it wasn’t until a cross-country road trip in the summer of 2011 that I became serious about following my love for photography. I photo documented the whole trek in a blog, and ever since then my camera and I have been inseparable. I moved out to Los Angeles from Virginia at the end of November 2011 and started my career as a still photographer, and it’s like this path and I were made for each other. Artist Statement: I snapped this photo on the set of a short film. It’s become one of my personal favorites.
