Mika is currently studying at Maryland Institute College of Art to receive a Master’s degree in Arts Education (’12). Her dream is to teach while writing and illustrating her own children’s books. Born in Los Angeles, California, she enjoys the warm and dry weather with lots of sun. She just learned the word “flurry” last year and had her first Snow Day that year.
